At 5′ 9″, Phil Heath aka “The Gift” could bench your entire family

Phil started bodybuilding in 2002, and within 9 years he was crowned Mr. Olympia, the highest honor for a bodybuilder. From beginner to the best in the field in under a decade, that should give you some idea of Phil’s work ethic.

Phil excelled as a point-guard at the University of Denver. Inspired by this experience, and with “basketball player” off his bucket list, Phil chose to pursue a challenge requiring the utmost training and discipline. He started out at 185 lbs, and grew to 215 lbs with only 6% BODY FAT! No cheesecake for him.

Since then, Philip has earned the nickname “the Gift.” After a second place finish one point shy of the crown in a light-heavyweight competition, Phil decided once and for all not to rely on his “inherent genetic ability.” Phil supplements raw ability with a drive to be the best, which has led him to victory at a number of major bodybuilding events.

The list of contests Phil’s won is crazy!

Last year, Phil founded Gifted Nutrition, providing premium supplements curated by a team of fitness and nutrition experts. Their motto is “Results Matter.” Headed up by Phil, it’s clear that he applies that motto to his own body and work ethic as well. He’s constantly training and hustling, and we know there’s a lot more in store for Phil in the future.

10 Mr. Olympia’s in a row? Phil just might do it, and we’ll be watching!
